A chance to learn how to operate computers and surf the net.

Bradley University, Friendship House of Christian Service, Peoria Public Library, and Woodruff High School donate computer labs for the classes. Friendship House also provides practice time in their computer lab.

The Peoria Learning Center offers a low-cost, friendly introduction to computer skills. Classes are offered in Introduction to Computers and Windows Applications, Word processing, databases, and how to use the Internet. Advanced courses may include Quicken (money management software), Family Tree Maker (genealogy), or Print Artist (graphics program). These classes meet once a week for an eight-week session. Two sessions are taught each year, one in the spring, and one in the fall.

Exercise Classes

Join other seniors from around the city as we participate in the Peoria Park Board's Fun & Fit exercise classes for Seniors.  The class meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday starting at 7:30 a.m. in Fellowship Hall.
