Activities for older adults are a vital part of community life at First Baptist Church and are open to members and nonmembers.

Prime Timers

Is a program open to all persons 50 years and older. The group meets at church on the first Tuesday every 3rd month (quarterly) for a time of singing, entertainment, education, and fellowship. A pot-luck lunch is served at noon. Special events and trips are planned throughout the year. Other community programs for older adults are shared.

SeniorNet

Is a program for seniors who want to learn more about computers or become acquainted with a variety of software. There are spring and fall classes. Classes are held in the church’s Media Center.
